The crew showed up on time and proceeded to work in conditions that were far from ideal weather wise, temperature in the teens, without a word of displeasure. Proceeded in January snow on the ground conditions until completion without breaks and with team work. Attention to detail in every respect...
The crew was competent, polite, neat and cleaned up the site. I wrote to Capital with a punch list - 2 items: 1): no strike plate for a storm door. This was attended to. 2): my door warning device (Ring) was removed when the door was replaced & then reattached, but not in working order. I told Capital about this and have not had a reply/esponse

Capital Construction provides a high level of customer service from the sales call to the finished project. I was impressed with care the team took with my house and yard. The crew did an amazing job with the after project cleanup.

Different people came down at different times, and every issue was dealt with and resolved. It looks great.
I woulhd definitely recommend Capital Construction to a friend or family. They communicated during the entire process, returning calls promptly. They performed quality work well into the evening hours. Great job!
Overall I was satisfied with the work completed. I was not happy about the Very hard sell at time of quote. I asked for 24 Hours to think about the quote and was not afforded that time so I ended up signing and I overpaid. Lesson learned.
