I have been seeing Dr. Ricketts for 7 years for a rare liver disease. He has kept up with new approaches to this disorder and has explained everything he has learned to me. He welcomes any questions that I have and treats all of my questions with respect. I respect this man tremendously and am thankful for his care.

He then examined me, confirmed his preliminary diagnosis, and continued to ease my fears of something serious. Proctalgia fugax is what he referenced as the reason for my visit. First, Choosing Physicians is a bid deal for me as I have an autoimmune disease and my father was one, (so I was taught things to look for). When reading Dr. Ciampa’s Background what stuck out to me was this was his Second Career! Thus, this is what he chose to when he grew up and “became an adult” Lol. She is so thorough and pleasant! She literally saved my quality of life. If you are on the fence about selecting a GI, select her! She and her team are amazing!
