I had a consult with a different gastroenterologist at another practice and was not comfortable, so I kept searching for a good fit. The first time I met Dr. Ali, I felt as though he was listening and that we were not rushed. My care felt like a priority. Dr. Ali also has a calm and reassuring demeanor. The entire staff was fabulous. Dr. Basin took a lot of time to discuss my issues and was approachable and compassionate. Highly recommend.

The best experience I ever had with a Dr. He will listen to your problem , never rush you and explain everything very good. He is the best Dr I ever had
Dr. Pollack is knowledgeable and efficient, but I'm consistently surprised at how he flips from personable to condescending and curt. He only shares test results and follow up through the portal, not a phone call. He made assumptions about my health in the past without asking important follow up questions (that would affect my care!) or talking to the rest of my care team. Procedures can feel rushed. Dr. Lee, his nurse Brittany, and the nurse anesthetist Katrina, are an extremely professional team and have the best bedside manner. I was well informed, well taken care of, and the follow up calls to check on me and to provide results much faster than expected were truly meaningful. Dr. Kirk was fantastic. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy with her. She spent a lot of time with me in the initial intake discussing my condition and medical history and was caring and empathetic. Her staff were also warm, caring and provided outstanding care. After the procedure she called me to explain the results and what they meant. I appreciated her direct and clear communication and overall approach. I highly recommend Dr. Kirk.
