The best experience I ever had with a Dr. He will listen to your problem , never rush you and explain everything very good. He is the best Dr I ever had
Dr. Pollack is knowledgeable and efficient, but I'm consistently surprised at how he flips from personable to condescending and curt. He only shares test results and follow up through the portal, not a phone call. He made assumptions about my health in the past without asking important follow up questions (that would affect my care!) or talking to the rest of my care team. Procedures can feel rushed. Dr. Lee, his nurse Brittany, and the nurse anesthetist Katrina, are an extremely professional team and have the best bedside manner. I was well informed, well taken care of, and the follow up calls to check on me and to provide results much faster than expected were truly meaningful.
