Very professional AND friendly. They made sure that every question I had was addressed to my satisfaction. I was always kept aware of any delays or changes. Definitely VERY pleased!
Had our new Bronco Sport for three weeks when a young man backed into it and damaged the rear driver's side door. Car Crafters did a great job making it look brand new and matched the ruby red paint to a tee. Amanda kept me up to date wirh daily texts! Great work from the crew at CC.

I am so impressed with the Car Crafters in Rio Rancho. They went above and beyond and made the process of fixing my car so easy and painless. I had never had my car damaged before, so I wasn't sure how the process went. But they made it easy and kept me updated on everything. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
