Chrisa went above and beyond for me. She communicated every step clearly and set all expectations clearly. She spoke to enterprise on my behalf as there were some communication issues with them. She was there for me every step of the way. They were able to complete the work on my vehicle in 2 days instead of the original 4-7 day range I was provided and the work looked absolutely perfect. Overall great experience.
I hope I am never in of auto repair again, but if I were, I would go to no one but Car Crafters. From the onset to the end, they were professional and knowledgeable.
