The Care Station went out of their way to accommodate my son and me. Quick Service, respectful and understanding about our concerns. Having the X-ray machine on premises was very convenient.

Thoughtful and helpful. Accommodating
I like the idea that you can make an appointment within 2 hours. Your doctors are very knowledgeable and pleasant. I think the wait time to see the doctor is excessive. You get put in a room quickly but then you sit and wait about 45 minutes. That bugs me. One time there were no cars in the parking but mine. I waited almost an hour in that room. I said to the doctor. Are you letting people in the back door. Where were you. He laughed. I don’t get it. So I plan for an excessive wait. But I don’t like it.
Staff was very welcoming and friendly, as well as professional. Very knowledgeable in helping with my reasoning for coming in. Overall, great patient care!
Very helpful front desk person. She had to write down at least 10 medications that need renewal and was lovely about it.
Came into Care Station to have an ABI and a few other tests. Sinova Congers did my ABI and she was very professional , personable, and explained how the test is done and what results she was looking for. Next I met Carlos who did my initial Ultrasound and after my Stress Echo did a second. He was also very professional and personable. My Stress Echo was conducted by Purvi Shah PA.
