This is the worst facility I have ever been to. Staff is incompetent. Wait to get in is hours. Never called me back with test results. Did not know what “medical clearance even meant” or what to do. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Do. Not. Come. Here. This place is a complete and utter waste of time. Made my appointment for 6pm. Arrived 20 minutes before and was checked in and ready 5 minutes before my set appointment time. Several other people who arrived after me were called while I was left waiting. Asked the nurse (Alexis - who the doctor identified her as) who was calling people back what was going on as I had been waiting and even walk-ins were seen before me and she had the biggest attitude. The billing clerks need a grounding in the ins and outs of varying medical plans
Wait too long for appointment was at 8 wasn’t signed in till 8:15 then finally taken by 8:25
It was nice I signed in 5 min later I was with nurse taking vitals 10/15 min later I got yelled by doctor ( for good reason I had not been taking care of my self- blood pressure way to high still ) and soon after I was driving home 👌
I had a 5pm appointment and was not seen until 5:45. I had to ask why i was waiting so long. As soon as I asked I was called in. 45 minute wait for a 7 minute consult. Not good
I waited 2 hours to see a doctor on a day when it wasn’t that busy. Many people who came in after me were seen first. I finally went up to ask and she said “ I thought u went in awhile ago”
Appointments time are not respected. The last time I was there a few days ago my appointment was for 10:30 am I went in at 11:25am and then I had to wait for the doctor for another 30 minutes. This is totally out of the question. I’m only given 30 minutes from work n if I don’t show back on time I get written up n a I get no pay for the additional time am not in the job.
