I recently assisted a friend who required assisted living and memory care. From the initial visit, CareOne offered a caring and compassionate approach. The facility is well cared for and provides residents with an environment filled with activities, health assistance, and great care. We’ve had a very positive experience at CareOne at Hamilton for Mom. The environment is consistently clean. The staff is warm and attentive. We appreciate the variety of engaging and fun activities offered. They do a great job of keeping the residence active and involved. We are reassured to know that our mother is in such capable and compassionate hands.
CareOne in Hamilton has provided a safe, positive, caring home for Mom. It's also provided her family members with the knowledge that Mom is being well cared for. The staff treat Mom and the other residents with patience and kindness. Mom moved from another facility; therefore, we have a point of comparison. We knew we had made the right choice from the moment we arrived. We were greeted by the staff, who accommodated our arrival time. They were attentive, immediately set up her TV, provided us a full orientation of everything we would need to know.
