From my first visit to Care One I was impressed. As a retired nurse, I have seen many facilities over the years and could tell this one was special. It is clean with a good caring staff. Mom moved from another facility; therefore, we have a point of comparison. We knew we had made the right choice from the moment we arrived. We were greeted by the staff, who accommodated our arrival time. They were attentive, immediately set up her TV, provided us a full orientation of everything we would need to know. My father has been living at Care One of Hamilton for over a year. From the initial tour/visit by the Director of Sales, I knew Care One was the place. They made the move in process extremely smooth, easy, and walked us through it all. I was in search of a new home for my 98-year-old aunt who has dementia. She was living in a care facility in western Pennsylvania. I needed her to be closer to me in the Philadelphia area. Guided by a friend, I checked out Care One at Hamilton, New Jersey. I was pleasantly surprised by the facility and the staff. The facility is both clean and comfortable. But the truly outstanding characteristic is the staff. They are extremely helpful, friendly, courteous, polite, respectful, etc. Also, they offer numerous support/ancillary services, e.g. physical therapy, podiatry, etc.
[removed date] my sister in law and special needs nephew required an emergency placement. I was lead to CareOne through referral from Brightstar. CareOne moved mountains in order to place them in just two weeks. I was in constant contact, day, night and weekends with administrators and the Nursing Staff. Everything went smoothly and timely.
