My grandmother was happy at Careone. She felt loved and cared for by her aides and activities people. Her room was clean and she generally enjoyed her meals, which was saying something since food was such a big part of her life. She loved to cook. The building is pretty and the staff friendly. My Mom stayed at CareOne at Hamilton this past year. She was hesitant to go to an assisted living. She'd been in the hospital a few times and our family came to an agreement this would be the best way to go. It turned out to be much more than we expected! It was really hard for my Mom to get used to, but, the staff was so friendly. She was able to continue her rehab, enjoy the activities and remain as safe as a 94 year old could be. Beautiful facility Very Clean the Holiday decor was beautiful Staff seems miserable maybe because it was a weekend The woman who toured us was less than enthusiastic she wore a scowl on her face We did not feel like she liked her job
Care One is truly quality Care Not only is it beautiful the staff are caring attentive friendly compassionate Thank You for everything Best Nurses K and K and new directors are great they keep us informed and are attentive and the RCC BB goes the extra mile as well
We placed Mom in here as a temporary measure while looking for in-home care. The longer she stayed in Care One, the more she liked it. She's a very social person and loves all the staff, neighbors and all of the activities. I can never reach her on the phone because she's always out and about. She even raves about the food, which is surprising because she used to love to cook herself and as a living and was very critical of others. So kudos to the chefs!
My husband was there on respite Everytime I went I found him having fun singing enjoying games He was always well groomed and cared for The staff was great place cleaned food he loved it I truly have no complaints

This place used to be a nursing home converting to an assisted living a few years ago. Although the entire place was redone with beautiful modern floors, wallpaper, etc. it still looks like a nursing home/hospital setting. It is not warm and inviting, more sterile like. Residents are in one small room which was not conducive to feeling like it was an apartment for long term living.
This is a very nice community and my mom likes her room, she had brought her own furniture in so she feels more at home. The staff are friendly and attentive and they have encouraged mom to take part in the different activities that are offered there, there is a nice courtyard that is key-coded that the residents can go out on and visit with friends and family. I feel my mom is secure and safe here. There is a nice dining area and the food is pretty good. I would definitely recommend this community and taking a tour here.
