I am/was a resident of this facility love the nursing staff. Even the aides, can't do enough for you. They go out of their way to be comfortable and get what you need. There's not a bad one in the bunch. Mimose was my nurse, she's very caring and very concern of my well-being. On a personal level, she's very involved.. like she's family. She was the first person I recognized when I came back here. - Eileen Ould

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident After mom had a hip replacement surgery go horribly wrong, she ended up in rehab for 2 months recovering from a broken femur. Facility has wonderful management that care, place is clean (which was miles ahead of two other facilities we looked at before choosing this Care One in Morristown) and overall very pleased! You get what you put into it, it's not a hotel to just dump a loved one which unfortunately I saw with so many lonely residents. Thank you to all the management... read more

I am a friend or relative of resident My mother in law was here for rehab and they did a fantastic job. My advice is if you have any concerns, TELL THEM! They will address it right away and then go above and beyond to make sure it does not happen again. The administrator genuinely cares and you can see that in how she is interacting with the residents/ families daily. The head nurse on my moms floor, Terry, was so kind and loving. Mom especially loved the nurse Donald. The building itself is stunning and has a very homey fee... read more

I am a friend or relative of a resident The building itself is beautiful, it was converted from an old mansion and they kept the same fancy look. The staff are well trained and very nice. Everyone knows my relative there, and they do their best to accommodate her. Though there are times when the facility is understaffed, and there have been some staff let go from time to time. So obviously that's when the quality of care dips a bit. But overall the care is great. My relative has gotten used to living there, and feels that she... read more

I am/was a resident of this facility I am so happy to be here. The staff is wonderful. The activities are great. The Christmas shows I enjoyed and bingo I love. All are thoughtful and polite. I've been other rehab and I find this one to be the best. Sincerely, O.S.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Would not recommend this facility. Aides are rude and do not want to be bothered. Simple things like: placing the remotes/phone/nurses call button near the patient seemed difficult to follow. Patients wait forever for bedpans to be given and removed!!!! It should be called Care None!! Do not go to this facility!!!

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Nurses are good with patient but as soon as insurance says they arent going to cover my father was told ambulance would be there to pick him up. He called and told me. No communication. Meanwhile he is no better then when he went in after open heart surgery for 4 blockages. We have a reconsideration claim in with insurance so they had no right to upset him with a ambulance is picking him up in 4 hours to bring him home. Business side is absolutely horrible and they lost hi... read more

I am/was a resident of this facility There is a reason any respecting nurse calls this place "Care None". I was discharged from Morristown Hospital to come here to increase my mobility and strength after an illness. I am an educated woman with complete mental facilities. The call button in my room didn't work and didn't for over a week. When i needed help in the bathroom the first night, I was in severe pain and the attendant/nurse yelled at me to be quiet. The bathroom had rusty toilets and a nail sticking up on the wooden ... read more

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I am a relative of a past Care One Rehabilitation resident and a friend of a present Care One resident. I visited Care One nearly every day for the 30 days my relative was there because of having to oversee her care. My relative experienced having her medication wrongly administered. At least twice, a nurse administered double the dose of medication to my relative and on other occasions, her medication was skipped. I had to take food there because my relative missed meals ... read more
