The administration and staff are so compassionate and caring. Everyone is very well cared for and happy. It is so friendly an inviting. My mom loves it!
My mother recently died after living at CareOne Moorestown Assisted Living for over 6 1/2 years. The staff is exceedingly caring and this made a huge difference in her quality of life. Although there is no such thing as perfect, CareOne came about as close to this as you can get. The facility is set on a lovely suburban campus next door to a horse stable, so we were able to watch horseback riders from her back window. Very nice. I felt most confident in their ability to handle dad's required level of care. Expensive and does not fit mom's needs for memory care.
Just recently had my great aunt who I care for at home stay at CareOne moorestown for rehab and they took care of her with with white gloves, I was truly impressed! I’ve never experienced anything like this a was confused and with the process and they made me feel comfortable from the hospital stay to the discharge at CareOne as well to going home. We absolutely love this facility. My mom started out up stairs for rehabilitation. She was up there for 3 months. The Nurses and CNAs are fabulous. I was as if they were caring for a member of their own family. Before my mom's rehab was up we were not quite sure that we could take care of her yet. So she went downstairs to assisted living section. This was also a wonderful experience. Any questions or concerns were taken care of immediately. We thank you very much and will recommend your facility highly.
The staff we met at this community were friendly. This community looked well taken care of. This community was just a little more expensive than the community we chose.
I was very impressed with the manager at this community. During our tour I had noticed that he knew every resident by their first name and that he really took the time to know them on a personal level. It was very down to earth living environment and the apartments they had where all very nice, My mom just would not be aloud to have her dog with her and it was a little to small for her liking.
I liked this community when I toured it. The person that took me on tour was nice. The community looked clean. They have beautifully landscaped outdoor courtyards and they allow pets. This community was just a little out of our price range.
The concern, care, professionalism, and ability of the people who took care of my husband was exceptionally fine. All the caretakers were enthusiastic, friendly, and caring. Everyone interacted with him as much as was possible; they made him laugh and were careful of where he was tender or sore. If I had to find one negative, it would be the accounting of monies paid. It is not a matter of dishonesty, just a matter of confusion. The facility is lovely and well cared for. I would recommend it others.
