I feel that CareOne at the Cupola is one of the better facilities that we looked at. We are not even thinking about making a change. The staff is good, as is the care. The food is sort of bland and that would be the one area where they could improve. I would very much recommend the facility to others.

I am writing this review to thank [name removed]! This is the first review I have ever done. My mom was moved from assistant Living to the Dementia unit. [name removed] was wonderful in this transition. I have to say I wasn't an easy daughter to convince. But, then I realized we both wanted the same thing. My mom to have the best care. [name removed] doesn't just talk she executes. She is always walking the halls and checking to make sure all is good with the residents. We had to move my mother in to the Cupola. [name removed] made this a very easy transition. She really took a personal interest in our family and contacted me a tremendous amount. She is so responsive and helpful. A truly amazing person. My mother is doing so well there. Thank you [name removed].

I cannot begin to express how amazing the transfer has been with my mother to the Cupola. The staff, especially [name removed] is BEYOND responsive, supportive, professional and above all else kind, compassionate and deeply involved with all the residents. My sisters and I were immediately drawn to the warmth of the residence and the loving way the staff spoke to, and about their residents. The staff is very capable and works with us with such love and understanding. I appreciate every day I get to spend with them because they make me feel safe and cared for! I also enjoy all the friends I have made. We meet on a daily basis for scheduled and non-scheduled activities. It’s so nice to know there is always someone to talk to when I feel like want to and I have the freedom to keep to myself when I want also.

I'd tell others that it's expensive but very clean. the community is well-managed with competent friendly and helpful people. I would recommend it especially compared to the other facilities with had experience lately.

A couple of negatives - my loved one's clothes kept going missing, which was very discouraging. And dementia patients don't get the same quality of meals as the assisted living patients do. But the staff are friendly.
