Dr. Smith was professional, polite, and thorough with explaining the procedure. He took as much time as needed to answer questions and illustrate how the epidural worked. He was very patient and helped me to to feel calm before, during, and after the procedure.After the procedure, he showed us on the screen where the injection was inserted and further explained what can be expected. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and all the staff for their professional and polite care and service.
