This was actually my second appointment with Dr. Carl Smith. He was very nice, respectful, and he made me feel comfortable with explanations of what he was doing and the level of pain I may feel during each step of the injection.

I have a great experience with all staff. Everyone was very friendly Dr. Carl Smith MD and Mrs. Candice Sanford . Dr. Smith did well with my procedure fat and quick and had great bed side manners . I highly recommending him. Mrs. Candice Sanford had such a pleasant attitude smiles and comment’s made sure after procedure I was ok and wheeling me out to the parking lot .
