Carla Lee was beyond helpful. We had a nail biter on our hands. Purchase the home we’ve been renting or move very soon and suddenly. It was an all or nothing sprint to get us permanently into that hiuse and without Carla who knows where we’d be now. I've had many real estate loans and I've never come across a more helpful Lender than Carla. When the transaction got complex she showed her real capacity for getting the job done. She has a goal, to close the loan and she really works hard to make that happen. When it comes time to have another real estate loan I won't hesitate but to call Carla.

Over a year ago when we were purchasing our home, the initial lender wasn't working out; fortunately, a friend recommended Carla Lee, and everything began to fall into place. When we wanted to refinance, it was natural to turn to Carla, who took us through the process. In this time of Covid, she kindly dropped off and picked up necessary documentation so that we would not have to go out. We appreciate her patience, persistence and professionalism.

Carla was prompt and easy to work with, made sure we had everything ready before underwriting. She was the only lender who could get us out loan for a manufactured home and FHA loan. She was a no nonsense but friendly person. We had been working with another lender and was told we got the best deal we could get but Carla was able to get us a better rate and better monthly payment.
