We had a complex assortment of financial resources. properties and other assets which had to be documented and presented clearly and effectively both for our purchase in 2019 and our refinance in 2020. Especially with Corona Virus situation getting all the papers together and properly submitted required extra personal effort by Carla to pick them up and follow up with our financial adviser in West Virginia and his office as he fought cancer.
Carla was pleasant speedy and efficient. I have never closed on a purchase in this speed or ease.
In the Bellingham housing market you often have to move very quickly to get the home you want. Carla provided outstanding customer service. We had already tried two other "5 star" mortgage lenders locally. Both seemed too busy to help us - one would direct us to her assistant, the other simply wouldn't respond for a day or two, and my final email went unanswered. I understand, people are busy.
