Over a year ago when we were purchasing our home, the initial lender wasn't working out; fortunately, a friend recommended Carla Lee, and everything began to fall into place. When we wanted to refinance, it was natural to turn to Carla, who took us through the process. In this time of Covid, she kindly dropped off and picked up necessary documentation so that we would not have to go out. We appreciate her patience, persistence and professionalism.
Carla was always available to answer questions via phone, email and text. She guided us though our refinance process and updated us as to its process.
Carla helped us so much and we are very grateful to have had her in our corner! She helped us where another lender couldn’t and made the process not as stressful! She cared about our situation and us as her client. We appreciate all that she did for us and all of her hard work! I would highly recommend her!
Carla was prompt and easy to work with, made sure we had everything ready before underwriting. She was the only lender who could get us out loan for a manufactured home and FHA loan. She was a no nonsense but friendly person. We had been working with another lender and was told we got the best deal we could get but Carla was able to get us a better rate and better monthly payment.
This was my first time moving out of my childhood home and I had no idea what I was doing. Carla was so easy to talk to and made sure all of my questions were answered. She made everything seem simple and not as scary as I thought it would be. I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!!!

Carla hepled us refinance our home this year and she was the one who helped us buy our house last year. Both experiences working with her were great!!
