MarieClare Vickers KILLLLLLED it for us. She worked tirelessly both when we were buying our new house, and selling the old. We were very picky buyers and she never hesitated to keep moving on to the next showing. When it came time to sell our old house, her research helped us price it just right to get a TON of traffic. She was all over the entire contract process, and even caught a few issues that saved us cash at closing time. I can't recommend Marie enough, she's THE BEST.
