it was good no ac or screens on the windows. there was no breakfast but we also could have been elsewhere when that was available. the room was very clean and the bathroom was nice. the beds were comfy and i liked the overall look of the property. i thought it was very cute.

Very Good Location of room was by the street. Coffee was terrible. Location was walking distance to everything.

Good location. Noisy neighbors upstairs LATE at night . Staff not as friendly as we are accustome to in Carmel. Manager informed me after checking in there is no smoking (I knew) and no drinking. This was not mentioned when we booked this hotel.We did not drink,i just thought that was weird.Im almost 70 and on vacation ...REALLY . The card to the rm didn't work most of the time . not super happy with this one. Location
