We were greeted just inside the door by Billy, he asked what were looking for and we told him we were looking for a recliner for our RV. He then proceeded to tell us where they were located in the store. He let us look around and didn't follow us, (I appreciated that). At no time did we fill pressured. He got several quotes for us. It was just a pleasant experience.

Well, my husband and I went to look around but not necessarily to make a purchase. We have been shopping at Carolina Furniture Concepts maybe 20 years. Today, Ms Jennifer helped us browse on-line and in catalogs, but we made our selection from the floor and got a deal on a bedroom and dining room suit that we couldn’t walk away from.
