Our salesman, Joe, was courteous and well informed. He showed us multiple options of the reclining leather chair that we were looking for. We were not impressed with the sales techniques that were employed. (He was probably just doing as instructed!) For example…telling us that he was going to get us a lower price than the one first mentioned by checking with the manager.
