I worked with Jack during my search for a recliner. Jack was so helpful and knowledgeable about each chair we looked at. I have already recommended a friend go talk with Jack to buy a chair for herself. We are from Greenville, SC so we have plenty of places here to purchase chairs. Carolina Furniture Concepts has great furniture at a great price. Don (the salesman) was very knowledgeable about the furniture and the great sale that was going on this week. He was able to get my tv stand, 2 recliners, and accent chair delivered to me the same week. I had a great experience working with Don.
Our salesgirl was SO helpful, courteous and professional! Couldn’t have been more pleased and will definitely recommend to all our family and friends! Thanks so much for making our shopping experience such a pleasure!

Beyond great customer service! Don took care of us like we were family! With every other store being out of furniture due to production issues at this time, with wait times 6+ months-. Carolina Furniture is in stock with high quality items and they give you amazing discounts for everything!! We were beyond happy with the service, and everything we purchased we love!
