Friendly greeting upon entering the store. Brig was very helpful with my needs, allowing me to pick out the items I was looking for. No pressure sales. The sales transaction was easy and delivery is scheduled. The Quality of service and product is the reason I'm a return customer.

Joe at the Arden store was extremely kind, courteous and patient and he helped us find exactly what we wanted. Worked with us on converting a warranty credit into something we are very happy with. Probably one of the best sales persons we have encountered and we have encountered many! Also, many thanks to Cynthia at the Waynesville store in Customer Service!!! She helped us navigate a warranty issue and got the information where it need to be!
