I was actually surprised at how much help Billy was able to provide. He ensured we understood how best to match the lift chair for my mother-in-law to her small size. He knew his fabrics and found the best match for her needs. He also went to great lengths to make our purchase affordable. Very grateful for all the help -- thank you again.

I have had the worst experience with this company. They told me I had to buy the furniture I selected that night or I wouldn't be able to get it for an extended period of time. I paid for the furniture and 8 weeks later I called to find out where my furniture was, because they certainly weren't following up, and I was coldly forwarded to an answering service to put in my info to find out when it was coming.
