Came in to look at furniture and found some things we liked. Why is there a "No Refunds" Policy? Simple, if you look for the same furniture online, you can find it for THOUSANDS less. They push to get you to sign, and then you're stuck! We got taken for about 3k more than we could have gotten the EXACT furniture and protection plans elsewhere. Don't be fooled by the sales.
