I had a great time working with Carrie she was very hands on and always available to answer any and every question I had. As a first-time homebuyer I had my own doubts and fears about the process but from the beginning Carrie reassured me that she would help me every step of the way. The service was insightful, consistent and MUCH easier than I anticipated. My favorite part had to be the short videos I received via email as the loan application progressed. I would personally like to think Carrie Edgerson. She is an individual with extreme professional experience. She has phenomenal personal soft skills. She not only walked me through every step of the process but I also felt like she was there holding my hand. There was no such thing as “I’m Off”, because Carrie was available to me 24/7.
