Carrie Edgerson and Kyle Footman were absolutely amazing. They were patient, kind and very helpful. They were ALWAYS available for when I had any questions or concerns, I was very pleased with their service. As a first time home buyer I couldn’t have asked for a more positive and smooth experience. They were very knowledgeable and were there guiding me every step of the way. Would recommend this team to anyone and everyone. Very happy I chose them and trusted them to help me in this process!
Carrie Edgerson was really great to work with. I had the seller's side of the transaction but we hit a bump with a low appraisal and she was accessible, patient with helping me understand what was needed for a dispute, and professional. Also, the weekly updates, detailing what the buyer needed to do or had already done, were extremely helpful and I don't see any other mortgage companies doing this right now. I get updates when I ask, but they are not an automatic, weekly occurence.
As always Carrie takes excellent care of my buyer's. She is always available even when the expectation is that she wont and doesn't have to be because of how late it is.
