Carrie Edgerson was really great to work with. I had the seller's side of the transaction but we hit a bump with a low appraisal and she was accessible, patient with helping me understand what was needed for a dispute, and professional. Also, the weekly updates, detailing what the buyer needed to do or had already done, were extremely helpful and I don't see any other mortgage companies doing this right now. I get updates when I ask, but they are not an automatic, weekly occurence.
