Maintenance I just love my maintenance guys. They respond very quickly to my request and friendly. I love how clean and quite our property is the landscaping is very well kept. I enjoy the smoke free property and the office staff are very friendly and they back to you if you have a question. The property is centrally located close to the mall restaurants bus stops and gas stations.

Pretty Community! The community is so green! Its very quiet and peaceful. You can tell they really take care of everything, and the girls in the office were very nice.

A Great First Apartment Experience! The team at Carrington made me feel like more than just a potential tenant—they made me feel like part of a community. I can definitely see myself calling this place home! One thing I especially appreciate is their parking policy. It’s such a relief to know that residents don’t have to worry about finding a spot when they come home parking is available and hassle-free, with no extra charges.

Wonderful Customer Service I’m looking for apartments and I went to Carrington at Champion Forest Apartments. A very nice and knowledgeable young lady, Lucerito, helped me and answered all of my questions. Having respectful and good staff is VERY Important and it’s one on the main things I look at when I move apartments. I am definitely considering moving into these apartments!

Fantastic EVERYTHING!!! Let's start with the entire staff... from office to maintenance. They are all so great, they really care about the residents and the maintenance team comes so fast to resolve any issues. The manager is amazing and makes the community better every since she arrived. When I moved here 2 and a half years ago it has changed for the better.
