COMFORTABLILTY I am a current resident. I have been here for years. The staff is phenomenal, especially Linda! She takes the time to meet with you and listen to your concerns, She also provides resolutions. We would all like to have things done within a snap of a finger, but some times reslotion takes time. Give her a chance, she will get it done in a reasonable time. If there's ever an issue that requires maintance, submit an order. Maintance ususally responses within 24 hours. They are quick! The property is great I just moved in, and they were not kidding when they said this community is clean and peaceful! The grounds are well maintained, the atmosphere is quiet, and everyone has been very friendly. So far, I am very happy with my decision to make this community my new home.

Property is well maintained and always beautifully landscaped. the apartments are cozy and comfortable, without sacrificing any character. i’m new to the area and izzy has made it so easy to transition, making sure to go above and beyond with helping me find things to do in the area as well as just being kind. if you’re looking for a place to call home, this one is perfect!

Community This is one of the nicest and safest complexes I’ve been In, especially for the price. The dog park and pool are well maintained. The maintenance staff is timely and professional. Everyone in the office is very courteous and helpful they make everything very easy to understand and transparent. If you’re looking for a new place I would recommend starting here.

Maintenance I just love my maintenance guys. They respond very quickly to my request and friendly. I love how clean and quite our property is the landscaping is very well kept. I enjoy the smoke free property and the office staff are very friendly and they back to you if you have a question. The property is centrally located close to the mall restaurants bus stops and gas stations.

Pretty Community! The community is so green! Its very quiet and peaceful. You can tell they really take care of everything, and the girls in the office were very nice.
