A Difficult Child My eight-year-old daughter had an anxiety attack at Dr. Butler's this morning. She put her hands over her mouth, refused to cooperate, and was extremely difficult. Dr. Butler and Ms. Linda remained kind and handled the situation perfectly. They spent time explaining the procedure in detail and they talked her in to complying.
Terrific!!! Carroll is such a knowledgable, caring, thorough, gentle dentist! We love him!
My recent checkup You know I love Karen, and Doc is okay too!! What I appreciate about you is that you recommend and monitor in a caring way but are not a high pressure sales office. If there can be a good dental experience I am glad to have it with you all!.
Everyone is very courteous and friendly and willing to take the time to answer any questions you may have or to give you dental advice for your health. Appointments are on time. Only thing I have to criticize is you send too many messages regarding appointment.

More than just a cleaning The care and concern received from Dr. Butler and his staff make having ones teeth clean more than scraping and polishing. The dental hygienist Karen, though she sees multiple patients day after week after year, always greets me with friendliness and remembers, not only the specifics of the health of my teeth, but of my life in general. Dr. Butler's office staff was courteous and efficient and made this needle hater feel comfortable and confident in the procedures outlined for me. Dr. Butler was thorough and thoughtful in his examination, procedures, and advice for ongoing dental care. Best dentist I have ever encountered hands down.
The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed talking with Dr. Butler and he made me feel very comfortable. This is very important to me because going to the dentist is not my favorite activity. I know that going to the dentist is an essential part of staying healthy. Gum disease can lead to heart disease.
On Monday I had a crown procedure with Dr. Butler. First, his staff are simply wonderful. They are kind, professional, accurate, friendly, etc. Secondly, the office is comfortable, well lit, offers coffee, magazines and nice chairs. Thirdly, wait time is almost non-existent. He is on schedule. My next comment is that Dr. Butler has great chair side manner and he makes certain you are in no pain. I walked out of his office in one and a half hours with my new crown!
