Great customer service
Listing showed a lot of options and upgrades and price seemed very reasonable. Learned on my own that the that model trim did not offer some of the options listed and most of the options were clearly visibly absent in the photos after educating myself (cloth vs leather seats, etc). It was a base model but was listed as if it had loaded options. Not sure if most of my online interaction with the dealership was with an AI bot, but they didnât seem to mind or acknowledge the discrepancies in the listing when brought up during... read more
