Excellent customer service. Excellent customer service. Process was quick and easy. Dealer responded quickly, usually I have to wait a few hours just to get a response from other dealers I was shopping with. Would definitely recommend Maarja Rhodes from the Dallas shop.
After a not so great start after picking up my truck( a After a not so great start after picking up my truck( a few little things), the manager of the Dallas store, Colby Terry, went above & beyond to correct the mistakes. Mr. Terry genuinely cares about providing an all around good product for his buyers. CarsandPickups is lucky to have such a manager that hasn’t forgotten what customer care looks like.
