Took my Izzy in for a swollen foot. She had several puss pockets due to goatheads and they went ahead and checked all her feet, cleaned them out and wrapped them up. It had been a while since we'd been in but she got tge same nice lady that fixed her 3 yrs ago. When we went in for 2 day check up I thought my girl would be scared but she was not. Love this place and Erin Price i think her name is

I want to thank you all for the compassionate, excellent care you gave us just yesterday. You had to quickly diagnose our Dizzy's pericardial effusion. We lost him, but you took such good care of us and when the horrible and difficult decision was made, you brought him chocolate to eat. Dr. Ross , and staff were amazing ... we could not find out what was wrong with our pup... we took him to Carson Valley they took him back right away ran the test and we knew within an hour. Unfortunately it’s nothing that we could’ve done to save him . They were very compassionate and understanding, I would highly recommend this vet.
I'm so blessed to have stayed with this vet for 13 years through the end of my oldest pups days... they were so compassionate and caring through the process and I will be forever grateful for keeping my all my pups so loved and happy with any emergency situation!! Thank you all so much for all the hard work and dedication to our family animals!!
I have been taking all my animals to Carson Valley Vet for over 40 years now.....they were located on 395 in a small, white building right on the curve just before the highways 395/88 junction. We have essentially "grown up" together, and while most of the "vintage" vets are no longer there, I trust wholeheartedly the "new kids on the block," most of whom have been there for quite some time, as well.
