Best staff ever! So thankful for how well they took care of my fur baby, Madison, and me too! Every caring and knowledgeable. Their follow up has also been amazing. I am so glad this is where I took my sweet baby. Hands down the best! Thank you Dr. Jim Nelson and your amazing staff.
This place is amazing. The staff and the building are top notch. They actually care about the animals. Everyone listened to my concerns. Amanda answered my phone and was calm. She called me back and got me the answer I was seeking. I go to their hospital and I am greeted quickly even though they were busy. The front desk was attentive and addresses my ferret' s needs and took her back quickly. I am then in an exam room being provided with the reason why Yuna was in so much pain. My little Lola got septic from acute pancreatitis! I thought she was going to DIE!!! She would've died, hadn't I brought her in to urgent care! I brought her in on a weekend and she was seen by Dr. Timmerman. Her quick work lead to the admission intro her care! 3 weeks later, my sweet girl is getting a clean bill of health!(DR. I gotta say a big Thank You to Dr Pitts! I took my Aussie shepherd in on an emergency visit because she was non weight bearing on a rear leg when she woke up on a Saturday morning. Dr Pitts and staff were awesome! Dr. Pitts was so caring and careful with her. Yes they prescribes meds and said to come back in a couple weeks. Took blood and said results next week.
