We hired Cascade fence and deck to replace a very large entry gate for our large camper as well as a side entry gate.Creighton, Blake and Tobias we're wonderful to work with. Communication was prompt and clear throughout the whole project and they were responsive to all of our thoughts and concerns. Creighton in particular was a joy to work with as he stayed late on the last day of the project to ensure everything was buttoned up correctly and that we were happy. He was great to work with.
Cascade replaced our old, fir deck and supports with a beautiful Sierra composite deck. I can't speak highly enough for the professionalism, hard work, and thoughtfulness of the crew, including Jonathan, Justin, Jason, and two other good people. The sales and design/engineering crew were helpful, logical, and extremely well-organized. Cascade has its "stuff" together: the process, the tools, the materials, the timing (especially important with the closure of I-5 South), and more. And the price was competitive and fair. They were very professional. They came out to look at the work, then sent me an estimate. When I hired them, they kept me informed when the work will start, how long it will take, and they offer warranty on labor and materials. The workers were very nice and can handle any situations that arises with precision.
CASCADE FENCE & DECK is a top-tier fencing company. The "Dream Team" of Project Manager Tobias and Crew: Tyler and Lance, were phenomenal?? They were skilled, professional, approachable, and hard-working. Tobias, Tyler, and Lance answered every question and concern with respect and understanding. They completed fencing a very difficult terrain, in less time than planned, with their impressive skill-set and confident experience. Our new Nehalem white vinyl fence elevated our backyard from "pretty" to "WOW??"
I am so pleased with CASCADE FENCE and DECK company because of Tobias, Tyler, and Lance. They completed our fence in record time, with impressive accuracy, under challenging conditions. We really appreciate Tobias, Tyler, and Lance because of their work ethic, kindness, and attention to detail in building our beautiful, long-lasting fence.
Fantastic experience! They built a patio cover for me this summer and everything exceeded my expectations. Trevor and Jed did a great job through the planning phase. They listened to my needs, provided their own guidance and helped me to feel very comfortable as we started into the build phase. Tim and Tim were the crew doing the building. It was great to have the same guys each day. They kept me informed each day of the progress and next steps. These guys said what they were going to do, then did what they said. Highly reco... read more
Our experience with Cascade Fence and Deck was truly great. They were prompt with our request for a quote , explained everything in detail, answered all our questions completely and started and finished the job on time. Our installers, Jonathan and Justin, were easy to work with, extremely professional and genuinely nice guys. They were on time every day, worked really hard even through some very hot days, were respectful of our property and cleaned up every evening. Communication was open and quick and easy. And our deck is... read more
Tyler and Tim were great! They were very communicative, hard working and efficient. They installed my vinyl fence and you could tell they took pride in their work. They cleaned up after themselves and kept me in the loop on all the details. I want to call out Blake our project manager and Lukas our project design/estimator. Both were knowledgeable and communicative. Couldn't ask for a better experience!
It's a pleasure to step out onto our lovely new deck! We chose a great shade (Khaya) of Deckorators composite to replace our decomposing cedar deck. Cascade Fence and Deck took us through a seamless process from project design to deck completion. Our construction team was competent, friendly, and hard working. Scott and Colin worked in difficult weather conditions and stayed onsite until every detail of installation was complete. Thanks again to your entire staff!
