We live part-time in Portland. While we were out of town, a couple of our neighbors contacted us to say that one of our fence posts had rotted through, and the fence was leaning. As soon as we returned, I contacted 3 companies for a quote. I sent photos / video of the problem. Cascade (Lucas) responded quickly, and said he'd replace the post, and also the adjacent panel (which also was in bad shape). Jed and Spencer were great, got the whole job done in a day, and involved me when options were available.
Michael my foreman and Creighton were amazing from start to finish on my deck and awning. Great communicators, skilled professionals, hard working and reliable. Michael especially took the time to research and problem solve concerns with my awning that others had not anticipated. I so appreciated his honesty and listening skills. Lucas kept us updated before, during and after the work he did for us. He was well-spoken, polite, knowledgeable, and a hard worker. He explained the work he did, and why, and even saved us some money by not doing part of the work when he realized it would be a waste of our money. He instead explained the best path forward. We are very pleased with Cascade Fence & Deck and will hire them again!
I had a great experience working with the team at Cascade Fence and Deck to have my decks replaced and a patio cover added. Our installers, Matt and Garrett, were a pleasure to work with. They worked through some really poor weather for parts of the build and didn’t miss a beat. They were friendly and had excellent communication throughout. The project itself looks phenomenal and it’s all due to their talent and attention to detail. I really appreciated their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend.

David S. did an excellent job building my fence. There is definitely a difference between an average DIY’er, versus a professional. I could have built my own fence, but I’m sure it wouldn’t have looked as good. The cost is worth the difference. His lines were perfectly straight. And his attention to detail is incredible.
