RecommendedThey took care of our rodent problem, which is what I needed. However, I did find their incessant "follow up" to ask us to sign a maintenance contract and get me to give feedback annoying. If you don't mind getting repeated emails, phone calls, and text messages about signing contracts and giving them feedback, then you'll be fine.
RecommendedWe were so impressed with our April, 2019 service from Cascade Pest Control, they were so professional with treating our home for ants and checking for rodents. We made an appointment for a 2 hour window of time for each inspection and they would always come on-time and call 20-30 minutes ahead to let us know they were on their way. Thank you for setting the bar high for excellent service and for going above and beyond for your customers!

Cascade brought our rat problem under control. I have not seen a rat on my property for months. Cascade also eliminated an ant problem in my basement and a bee hive problem in the side of my house. They are fast to get to you in emergencies.
