After going through some unexpected difficulties with the house post closing, I expressed the concerns to Casey. She was quite empathetic and eager to help even though she had no legal obligation. She did what she could do to help us and it was much appreciated. Her team is willing to improve themselves and will accept feedback which is a testament to their popularity in the area.
