Casey Watters herself was pleasant and helpful to work with. We had a complicated situation and she was patient. However, the mortgage company and folks involved with loan processing wanted too much unnecessary information and was a headache getting that to them via email chains. Secondly, her realtor team was good but they did not provide ample time at viewings on properties and were not the most prepared when I asked questions about the property.
