I really liked Cavender's! Such a huge selection of boots, western wear, and heavy duty outerwear as well. The staff is very friendly and checks up on you to make sure you're finding everything that you need. Great place to stop in Amarillo!

My experience with Cavenders in Amarillo was excellant. My sales person was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help us. Great boot selection with all sizes. I tried the Lubbock store but they didnt have the size of boot we needed in any style that we liked. Amarillos store did. Thank you!

I went to Cavender's yesterday, Sunday 18th, 2011, with my husband to get him some flame retardant jeans and the store was very busy with Christmas shoppers. With all that was going on, we had AWESOME, personalible, customer service. You know, the service you just have to write about!!! I know that they get a comishion but it was really above and beyond that. We dont shop there very often but I think that we will start!!! I LOVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I'm hoping to fare better with this review than I did with the last two. I dunno if it was because it was an outta-town review or because I didn't drop 10 F-Bombs and make poop and fart references. THE best place for boots in Amarillo, TX. I stopped here back in June 2010 ( I was here before about 10 years ago). Their boots and western wear are top notch and the staff is so helpful and full of knowledge that you owe it to yourself to stop here when in town. My boots are old now but still holding up very well.

Very disappointed. The store prints thousands of coupons published on the menu at the Big Texan restaurant for a free belt buckle with a purchase in their store. My daughter collects belt buckles and we made a special trip across town to shop at Cavenders. But it was apparently just a gimmick to trick people because they couldn't find a single belt buckle in the store that they would honor the coupon for.

I have shopped in Cavender's for a long time. They have a lot to choose from but their customer service is very lacking. I went into the store looking for a pair of high waisted flared jeans. Since they have thousands to choose from, I wanted to ask a female sales associate to give me some direction. I could not find one girl anywhere to help me. Good discussion with Amber from Cavendars after I posted this review. In all fairness she really listened. We've been going to this store for years, and will continue to do so. I was just "up to here" with the service and wanted this to have a positive outcome. It was an epic fail last Wednesday and couldn't be ignored. They need to train salesmanship in their staff.
