I was very excited to purchase a corduroy long sleeve dress by Wrangler on **************************. The original order came quickly, however, I needed a different size. I followed their exchange steps to a T, which frankly made me a little nervous that they made me print papers out to begin with-other companies are much more streamlined- and when the exchange item didn't come for several weeks, I called customer service. **************. They saw my name and clearly Im African American so they cancelled my order. When I reached out about it they were so rude and cold, in fact told me the item is out of stock and that there was a website issue so they couldnt remove the item. My white partner with an Irish name orders the same item and it shipped the same day of his purchase. Theyre currently ignoring me so just avoid this place
Absolutely HORRIBLE company to order from. First, they have very appealing products for sale on their website and claim "5-7 days shipping time" directly on the bottom of their website. I ordered a variety of things, bracelets necklaces jeans dresses boots etc on May 5th. I ordered in hopes to have the items within the next week to take with me on my trip for my son's graduation. I ordered 8 pairs of jeans. I returned 6 pairs in the 4 packages they came in, but only got refunded for 4 pairs of jeans. 2 packages had 2 pairs, the other 2 packages had just one pair each. I have the *** shipping receipts that show weights for each of the 4 packages. 2 packages are double the weight of the other 2 packages. Cavenders said they only received 4 pairs of jeans. received an email from cavenders advertising BOGO 50% but i went to checkout i was getting charged full price. called customer service and their reply was that maybe the sale ended. it wasnt FALSE ADVERTISING cavenders. do better.
I placed an order for 3 shirts on the 10th, it is now the 23rd. 1 of them was shipped promptly the next day, and received within 5 days. The other 2 remained "in progress". I called customer service and was told "they'll ship within a couple of days".... (thanks for the help...). Made a huge purchase on the cavenders website. They took the money and decided later that they were out of stock on all 10 of my items after payment was processed. Yes the money was eventually returned--but I wanted my order! Now of course everything is back in stock at much higher prices. Called customer service who gave me the complete run around. Price glitch, out of stock, maybe they do have it in stock, etc
