1st time here. Wow, wow, wow this place is so great. There is so much stuff to choose from; boots, shirts, jeans, and hats..the prices are really good as well. A d yes, they offer a military discount They even have kids things

I’m pleased with the boots I purchased — they’re great quality and exactly what I was looking for. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The person working in the hat section was more helpful than the actual boot salesperson. When the boot associate finally did help, she disappeared shortly after, and I had to go find her again just to finish my purchase. It felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. I expect better service when shopping in-store.

I would had given a higher star rating had it not been for the young lady who was our cashier. There’s a 10% off if you register but she didn’t bother to ask me if I wanted to register. Once I did ask her about it she didn’t bother to explain to me that it would be on the next purchase. I had a US NAVY VETERAN hat on and she didn’t bother to inform me they give you a veterans discount. I didn’t know until a Second Lady approached the counter and informed me about it.
