Absolutely love this location. Alexis provided great customer service and was very helpful while I looked a various items. Will definitely be back to shop at this store again.
1st time here. Wow, wow, wow this place is so great. There is so much stuff to choose from; boots, shirts, jeans, and hats..the prices are really good as well. A d yes, they offer a military discount They even have kids things
If i could zero stars i would very disappointed. I was being discremanted, being started at while waiting for my daughter and wife get some cowgirl boots. Very rude and unprofessional. My daughter asked for help more than 2 times and no one helped they were to busy harassing me. We were there to buy not steal we have no necessity to steal. Spoke to the cashier in register 2 and all she had say was "Sorry" "maybe they wanted to see if you needed help" None of that was asked. I would had given a higher star rating had it not been for the young lady who was our cashier. There’s a 10% off if you register but she didn’t bother to ask me if I wanted to register. Once I did ask her about it she didn’t bother to explain to me that it would be on the next purchase. I had a US NAVY VETERAN hat on and she didn’t bother to inform me they give you a veterans discount. I didn’t know until a Second Lady approached the counter and informed me about it. One of my favorite stores 🙂 always new items and the best place to buy boots and anything for the American cowboy/cowgirl look. Great quality! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with a smile 🙂
