1st time here. Wow, wow, wow this place is so great. There is so much stuff to choose from; boots, shirts, jeans, and hats..the prices are really good as well. A d yes, they offer a military discount They even have kids things
I’m pleased with the boots I purchased — they’re great quality and exactly what I was looking for. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The person working in the hat section was more helpful than the actual boot salesperson. When the boot associate finally did help, she disappeared shortly after, and I had to go find her again just to finish my purchase. It felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. I expect better service when shopping in-store.

I would like to express my concern regarding my recent interaction with Lisa from online customer service. During our conversation, she was dismissive, frequently interrupted me, and made several sarcastic remarks. As someone who works in the customer service industry myself, I found her behavior to be highly unprofessional and not in line with the standards expected when dealing with customers. I believe this matter warrants serious attention.
Horrible experience with Janice, Please educate her on what payments you take at YOUR store!! I paid with tap and they had to refund me!!!! and her word our machine does that... if she knew that prior she should have said something, so now I have to wait two weeks for my money to come back to my account... horrible service everyone rude, will now be going back!
