Terrible selection for girls who have bigger calves and terrible customer service!! I asked one girl for help and all she said was to look for them with a c when I only found a handful of different pairs with it! Just terrible

Manger needs a course on customer service. She was not willing to help and is rude. I will do my shopping on line than to deal with her crapy attitude or to see her unwelcoming face. Being in the health profession this would be unacceptable and disgrace for the company I work for. As a breast cancer survivor I would never hope people like her to be in the health profession. She really needs a crash course on people skills.

I recently saw a hat that interested me on the Cavender's website and called the El Paso store to see if they had the hat in stock. The lady who took my call had no clue as to what customer service is all about. I told her precisely what I was looking for, only to have her ask the same questions over and over. In the end, the item was not in stock in the store so I ordered it via the website. Sad that you cannot get good service from their local retail store.

Well....... I finally decided to go and shop for my 1st pair of Western Boots after spending hours on line doing homework. This store is Amazing and a little intimidating at the same time. I walked in and noticed there were a ton of employees at the center register area. Once in, I wondered around the belt section in awe of the selection they had. My boyfriend and I came here last week to buy a pair of boots for a wedding. I've always heard such good things about this place. The selection was great they had so many boots to choose from, however the customer service was left wanting. Nobody I mean nobody approached us to ask if we needed help even though we stood by the same section for well over 15 minutes. Each time I come here, I leave disappointed. The women's clothing selection is very limited and gaudy and rarely have small sizes. The staff have become like car salesmans. They won't leave you alone! Within 5 minutes, I had the same girl ask me if I needed help 9 different times!! I understand customer service, but let us shop around first without the pressure! I try to get out asap. If it wasn't the need for work clothes/boots for my husband, I wouldn't come here at all.
