Went to buy my daughter-in-law some boots and a hat. The staff was very helpful and friendly and were key to making our decision.

Absolute 5-star experience at Cavender's Boot City in Killeen! They helped me find the perfect hat for my wedding, and I couldn't be happier with it. The hat shaper on-site is exceptionally skilled--he actually does rodeo and really knows his stuff--and he shaped it right there custom to my head. The rest of the staff was also super friendly and helpful. The location is great with lots of parking and plenty of other shopping around. I've actually been wanting to go back to Cavenders back in Austin. But I saw there was one in Killeen across from where I was. Had to come and check out. Maybe they would have different items. I did notice their Jean selection isn't as large as the Auston store. That was disappointing. I was looking to get another pair of Grace jeans. I did walk around. And tried on a couple tops. Was nice shopping around. I didn't buy anything from this store. But it was nice to see the difference in stores from a different town.

Large store with a huge selection of boots! Lots of styles, colors and brands to choose from. This store also had clothing and accessories. Friendly, helpful staff.
Never experienced bad customer service at Cavender's. Always friendly and helpful. If you have experienced bad service go look in the mirror.
Whether traveling to Texas or Kansas, I always make a stop at Cavender's. Cavender's provides so many options for women's boots. I am able to pair them up with all my outfits for a professional look while at work or out on the town.
We recently visited from Nebraska looking for a nice shirt for my husband to wear to our daughters wedding. EVERY person we asked for help seemed very personable. I can't thank Cavendars enough for the help and service with a smile.
customer service was great.... staff was very helpful and knowledgable about boots... i'd give them 5 stars if they had military discount...
My first time buying boots-- staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping my wife and I choose the right pairs. Will definitely be my go-to for all my western-style needs. Military discount is a big plus as well.
