I needed a special size jacket to perform a wedding in the Stephenville area... Blake and the CS team did their work and found me one and in time to unite the happy couple:) Great job Carey.... nice to walk into a Cavenders and be constantly asked if I needed help... keep em' going Blake...

Bought some pretty sweet Alligator boots at the Victoria location so decided I didn't like them by the time I got to College Station and was hoping they would return them at this location. Sure enough the staff was like yep! Went in and dropped them off at the front counter and found me a pair of Elephant boots, they had about 4 staff members working and helping me out and worked with me for about an hour trying on every pair of boots in the store it felt like. This place is awesome! My boyfriend's family lives in College Station, Texas and this visit he wanted to take me to a place that had all country gear since they are hard to come by in California. The moment we walked in I was in heaven! They have a wall of jewelry, tons of clothes and of course BOOTS! Years and years ago I bought my first pair of boots here. I tried on about a dozen pairs and just really liked a pair of smooth ostrich boots by Justin. I soon realized they were the most comfortable shoes I'd ever owned. My feet were cradled, but could breathe. There was a touch of ankle support, but they weren't stiff. Outstanding boot selection Cavender's has an amazing selection of western wares, boots, and hats. If there is something you are interested in that they do not carry, they will special order the item. I bought a fantastic pair of ostrich boots here that could not have been found anywhere else.

Took my boots in to get stretched and they sat there in the back for TWO WEEKS without ever being touched. :/

Unaware of the time and that they closed at 6. We were about to walk in as an employee came out with the customer and just closed the door in our face literally, Did not even mention that they were closing already very rude. He could've said that they were closed but not even that.

Worst customer service ever! I was buying a gift for a friend and I was looking for a Boker pocket knife. I asked her about a knife she couldn't tell me the price. I decided to ask for another knife model and then she said she couldn't find it. As she was going through the boxes I told her I was open to seeing other models and she just ignored me.
