Absolutely loved Dakota. She was so sweet and helpful in finding the first pair of boots I've had in years. She didn't pressure us to buy anything but helped us find what works best for us and our budget. Amazing customer service.

Management and the staff was very friendly. The store was very clean and organized and I will be shopping there again very soon. They also have a great selection, and the value of their products is very good.

I bought a pair of boots and had excellent service from Susan. She helped me get the proper fit,then ordered my size and they were ready in the day she promised . I will definitely be back when I need more!

We just left the store in Beaumont Texas and they get 5 stars from us. They worked in our favor to resolve a question on a coupon we presented them. We were handled with respect and we felt that they had our best interest at heart. Thank you Cavendars for a great customer service experience. By the way... The dress and boots are for my wedding in April. So excited to have such a special outfit for my special day.

Nice store with a great selection. We are on vacation from CA & stopped in to get some things for my daughter. She found several tops, jewelry, etc. Really liked the store, but not the customer service. No one around to even ask about additional sizes, etc. When we went to checkout, girl never greeted us, barely looked at us & we finished the purchase & left. Manager needs to teach the employees about smiling & greeting customers!

I'm not a cowboy in any way, shape, form or fashion. but the wife was in the market for some new boots. She shopped Lake Charles for a couple weeks, even buying a boot or two she was less than satisfied with. They were all returned and thus our trip West to Beaumont. We've visited other Cavender's locations and this one is pretty much what we expected. Good selection, name brands, knowledgeable staff. I should also throw in that they are patient. I will never step foot in a cavendars again. be careful! they will not take care of their customers if anything happens in their parking lot. they will protect the criminal and keep information in order to screw you over. their surveillance cameras suck and the information they do have will not be released. the management acted like I was wasting her time by trying to handle the situation. go anywhere else....anywhere!.
