The way the gentleman working in men's boots treated me today was disgusting. Rude, pampas and unbothered. I would never return to this store ever again nor would I recommend anyone else to do so. Cavender's should be ashamed to have someone like this on staff.
If I didn't prefer to try on boots before I bought them, I would never go back to this store. Might just bite the bullet and start ordering them online from now on. That way I don't have to put up with horrible customer service. I hope this reaches headquarters and Tyler.
Terrible customer service with the assistant manager!!! My first time in Texas and to a Cavenders store, and needless to say I will not be returning nor will I recommend this store to anyone. To their credit: I must add that the cashier, Betty, and other associates were fabulous. The store itself is clean, but the workers are rude and seem like they don't care for their customers at all. My husband and I went in looking for a coat, my husband told him he was looking for a Dickies brand and the guy responded with: We don't sell the cheap stuff we only sell good quality coats.
