My husband and I came here to look for a pair of boots for him. Hunter was very helpful in explaining pros and cons of different boots, what to look for in a good fit, etc. A very positive experience!

Went in looking for a pair of work boots for the job. Store was busy but this young lady named LIZETH took time to help me out and find me a decent pair of boots in my size. My shoe size varies by brand and she did a good job of explaining how different brands fit etc etc. Overall good expirence wish more stores would hire people like her.

Excellent service from walking in to assisting us to find an item. The cashier at entrance acknowledge us right away and greeted us. We weren't planning on shopping besides purchasing the hat cushion that goes around it. We looked around my daughter tried on a shirt and before we know it we are birthday shopping for my son. Love this place, the customer service is awesome!! I bought a pair of men's boots a while back and the shanks immediately started to squeak and I read up on them and found that it was a manufacturer problem. Took them back angry and the salesman switched them out no problem and I walked out wearing a brand new pair. Since then I have purchased various items. This was my first trip to this location. I needed some bandannas, and they have quite the selection. Tons of colors and reasonably priced at $1.90 each. They seem to be high quality. The store had quite the selection of boots and western wear but I was only looking for the bandannas. Staff was great and very helpful.

This used to be a great place for ladies western wear but has turned into fashion western wear. They only had 1 1/2 racks of actual western shirts for ladies. The men's section has a huge selection of western shirts wish the ladies section had even 1/4 that selection.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE CAVENDER'S BOOT CITY!!! I am in love with this place for various different reasons. Their selection is great and the service is phenomenal! I picked out the boots I wanted online, but fell in love with a different pair when I visited the store. Go in with an open mind, because it is likely the same thing will happen to you! Went to another Cavender's off of 10 to call the Cavender's on freedom to make sure they had a pair of jeans and they did so they said truthfully they didn't. They made us drive from one Cavender's to the other. I do not recommend this store then they tried to hide a different brand of jeans and say those were the ones.
