amazing customer service except for the older white guy shaping hats. he ignored me and was a flat out dickhead. I would probably be upset too if I was 50 and could only work at cavenders. Also can't shape a cowboy hat for shit
Avoid this location if you actually want to spend money. 12 kids "working", all of them too busy to acknowledge you over their own personal conversations, let alone actually help. Was told 3x, in 5 min "oh let me get someone for you" by 4 different people; the last time was my limit I just left & took my $$ elsewhere. It's always the same, don't waste your time.
It would be nice to be able to shop in piece without being bombarded by 20 different people. I prefer to shop on my own and ask for help when needed. It's the most annoying thing. I finally gave up and left. I'll order online if I decide to buy. This has always been my issue with cavenders. Also it would be nice to shop and be able to look instead of the sales floor folks doing their inventory checks right in the way.
All he's and and boots I bought there seconds. Bought 2 jeans there a year ago. One pair legs are different lengths and other pair I wore 2 times and material in the seat is coming apart. Never would buy boots there cause they are nearly all seconds. I think this place is a dumping ground for defective clothing
This all began when my teenaged daughter bought a pair of boots online with money she earned and saved. The order came in good time, however the left boot was a size 6 and the right boot was a size 7.5. Obviously, that's not going to work for anyone unless your feet are two different sizes. (And she wears a 7 to begin with) We called the number that was on the order slip which was the online store and they apologized and offered to check their store for another pair. They found a pair of the same boots, but warned there... read more
We went to Cavendars to purchase boots...and no one would assist us. A guy and two girls were talking in the boot section, but they never bothered to stop their conversation to see if we needed assistance. I went to ask for help at the register and no one was there. Another customer started asking: "does anyone work here?" And one of the girls from the boot section said that she worked here. Imagine my surprise!
