I went today with my daughter a baby and my 8 y/o nd omg everybody was following us everywhere like I AINT GONNA STEAL NOTHING. As soon as I grabbed something I had 2 employees next to me I will definitely NEVER go back there I felt intimidated. Employees were super helpful but this manager i believe her name is Katie? complained to them trying to help me out to pick a good Felt hat for the Rodeo. I didn't appreciate that type of management to hurry their employees when they were doing their job helping me out. That's not good management.
If I could give a zero I would. Went to get my had cleaned and shaped. the girl was so rude wouldn't clean it and did a half ass job of shaping and handed it and said hope it's good enough I don't have any more time to give and went to the next person. she also ruined my hat on the underside by rubbing all the felt off. wouldn't recommend using them at all. After that I went to shop around and the mens section was so nice but the womens section they all were so rude to me.
Didn't help us , not only that they tried giving us a bag for the boots when they had the box for it , and they were looking at us in a bad way. They passed us and never asked for help.
Cavender's boot store is Awesome I really like the selection of clothing and boots. But as far as the customer service goes they really need to work on it at this location. I've been to other Cavender boots and I was offered help right away. I think these employees are too preoccupied with each other talking and Not focusing on the customers. I'll still do business with Cavender's but maybe another location. And they're really concerned about getting a good review....
Lack of knowledgeable by cashier on product. Unable to do a simple exchange for same model different size. Kept insisting it was more and couldn't identify it was the same boot bought on holidays as a gift and wrong size. Prefer to continue doing business with the fairmont location. Location has one person only doing exchanges holding the line back and making wait time longer.
I admit, I'm not a cowboy.cowgirl kinda person. I mean, I like cowboys, and I like horses, but I don't wear a cowboy hat or boots or any of those accoutrements. Nothing against those that do, but just not my style. When my friends from the Netherlands were in town, they mentioned they wanted a real cowboy hat from Texas. So this was the first place that came to mind that was close, and on the way home from the airport.
