Cavender's is amazing! I've been to a lot of boot and clothing stores and their style has just not been mine I guess. This WAS! Not only were they the only folks with the Ariat Casanova in my size and specific shade, they had cute clothes to boot! I was pleased with both the standard pricing and clearance sections. I had never heard of, or been to a Cavender's boots until last week. I'm kind of scared that I discovered this store because for one, they're everywhere and 2nd, I want every single woman's item in these stores lol. It is a cowboy/cowgirl heaven! We specifically came here for some Rodeo outfits and this was just the place to come to! They have it ALL when it comes to boots, hats, buckles, rodeo attire etc! Service: Great service. The folks there were very helpful. Selection: A nice selection of boots for the family and they had all our sizes. Value: Moderately priced. Atmosphere: The store is very well kept and maintained.
Always friendly staff who know what they are talking about, don't see a lot of 3XL but I always find someone who can help
Called ahead since the other Cavenders said they were too small to carry sport coats. This one had them, we checked by calling ahead to save the trip if they had the same lame issue. Although they didn't have the color I was looking for they managed to find one my size at another store and are having it shipped. They have a wide assortment of western wear and I was also able to find a new belt.
Great customer service from representatives who helped me and my family find the right size boots for us! They also have great sales deals: $10 or $20 off certain brands, and 20% off of clearance.
The manager at this location is amazing. She ensured we found everything we were looking for and when we didn't she looked it up online and even ordered for us.
Walking in i was confused on whats best for my wife as a suprise. The workers were willing to assist with any questions and very knowledgeable on boots and boot quality. I went in looking for boots and left with a whole outfit for my wife's Easter day outfit. Highly recommend for any guy that wants to suprise their loved one.
Great selection of women's boots and clothing. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great experience and will come again.
