Shopping for hats and holy cats did I get incredible customer service from every single employee in the store. Attentive, helpful, not pushy, and so polite. Special shout out to Boomer who gave me a bunch of his time to talk about hats and fit. He was just as helpful to every person who came in. I'll keep buying hats there just for his kindness and expertise.

The place is huge! It's like a boot barn but on steroids... way more of everything ...and the prices are just about or cheaper, which is always good to see deals! Bought a pair of boots for about $100 they were on sale and I still have them... really good quality and material, bought a winter jacket too for around $80 dollars that's identical to carhart which we all know ain't that cheap, best purchase I've made on work gear ... I'm not gonna lie if you like the smell of fresh boot this is your store! Western everything I mean everywhere wall to wall! Unique boots, belts and clothing. Homey like feeling walk-in the door. Very clean cut store.

Great selection, quality and price. Lots of styles in all categories ranging from real rodeo wear (even for toddlers) to work essentials. They also have the "flare wear", loud/unique special pieces. Toddler boot selection is awesome.

Recently went to find specific style of Wrangler's that were sold out on Wrangler's own website. Needed a pair for a wedding in two weeks. Staff was super helpful in locating the jeans quickly. Fun themed store. Would go back again to check out the cute boots!

Overall good experience. Much smaller women's section than I was hoping for (I used to live in Texas and, ya know, everything's bigger in Texas). The men's section was awesome though! I ended up getting a pair of Abilene's and LOVE them. The employees there were friendly and gave their personal opinion on a boot conditioner for me. A previous review mentioned no name brand boots- they had Ariat's, Tony Lamas, Justin's, and Lucchese among many others- wondering if that reviewer only saw the "Cavenders" tag on the boots? It's smaller (which means smaller selection) than the Cavenders I've been to in Texas so that's not cool. Odd they don't carry name brand boots - only their store name brand. You have to really like the old twangy country music cuz that's all they play in this store.

Around February, I bought these boots because they looked great. Several months in, I get a scuff mark on them. Much to my surprise, regular shoe polish nor boot cream could remove it. I had to go to a shoe repair place to learn that the goat leather of these boots and the way Cavenders colored them makes them easy to scuff and necessitates an actual leather dye or shoe spray to cover up. Per the shoe repair place, the dye used is not an oil-based dye but some other process where the dye does not penetrate into the leather.... read more
