Horrible customer service, usually a great store but I guess this one not being in Texas or Arkansas for some reason makes a difference?
Very disappointed in this store. They have a very limited selection. I would give some merit to the previous review regarding boot selection. While they did have some other brands, again it was very limited. Chuck's boots has the best variety and selection in a HUGE store. Additionally, we were able to find a couple pair of jeans on the clearance rack, however they refused to honor the clearance price saying they were placed on the wrong rack.
